Purpose and scope of the general terms and conditions of sale
The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define the terms of sale and delivery of our products, offered for sale by the company FROM FUTURE, via the internet and via a network of professional distributors.
They apply to all sales concluded between the company FROM FUTURE and its customers (individual or professional)

Article 2: Price and payment
The prices of the products offered for sale are indicated in euros, all taxes included, but excluding delivery costs.
Delivery charges are payable by the customer and are indicated when the order is placed.
Payment for products is made online on the FROM FUTURE company website or with a professional distributor, by credit card or by bank transfer.
Article 3: Order and delivery
Orders can be placed by telephone, by e-mail or via the company’s website.
Any order, representing 50% of the product price, implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The company reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The customer may place an order online on the FROM FUTURE company website or from a professional distributor. The order only becomes final after validation of payment of the 50% deposit.
Payment for products is made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment of the balance (i.e. 50%) must be made 20 days before delivery of the products. In the event of late payment, the company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are indicated when the order is placed and may vary depending on the delivery address.
In the event of non-conformity or non-delivery, the customer must contact the transport company indicated on the order form, or the professional distributor as soon as possible if the customer has used the latter.
Article 4: Warranty and after-sales service
The products sold by the company FROM FUTURE are covered by a legal warranty of conformity and a warranty against latent defects in accordance with articles L. 211-4 et seq. and 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity or latent defect, the customer may return the product to the company to obtain a refund or exchange of the defective product.
However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product or by negligence on the part of the customer.
It only covers computer elements (PC and components) as well as screens. Any other electro-mechanical device is excluded from the warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, you must contact the after-sales service before returning the product. An agreement in principle will be stipulated to you. In order to provide a rapid solution to your request, you are asked to return the product(s) concerned within seven working days of acceptance of the return by FROM FUTURE customer service. After this period, you will need to renew your request in accordance with the procedure described above.
Article 5: Manufacturer's warranty
Certain products sold benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms and conditions of which vary from one supplier to another.
The defective product must be returned in its original packaging, include all of the product and its accessories and be legibly accompanied by the order number from which the product originates.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, damaged and/or whose original packaging (which guarantees adequate protection of the product) has been damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange under the warranty.
The product under warranty will, at the manufacturer’s discretion, be exchanged or repaired.
In the event that the breakdown is the result of user damage, or is excluded from the warranty (worn parts, lamps), a quote may be sent to the customer.
All costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. FROM FUTURE does not cover return shipping costs.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal
Individual customers have a period of fourteen days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.
The customer must inform FROM FUTURE of their intention to withdraw in writing. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
The product must be returned to FROM FUTURE or to the professional distributor in its original condition, within fourteen days following notification of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal only applies to individual customers, in accordance with current legislation. Professional customers do not benefit from this right of withdrawal.
